Who We Are

  • Kekipi Sports is a new kind of sports consulting and athlete representation agency born in the Pacific, with roots in Hawaii, Japan, and California.

    In Hawaiian, Kekipi means Rebel. The Revolutionary.

    Not to be mistaken with childish defiance or rebelling for rebellion's sake, Kekipi refers to the spirit of challenging paradigms while embodying calm individuality.

    We believe the best athletes and entrepreneurs challenge convention with a purpose... and a little bit of belligerence thrown in there.

    Kekipi was built around that same idea: question the traditional model of sports representation, give today’s athletes more ownership over their careers and legacy, and provide growing sports businesses access to expertise that was once reserved for much larger organizations.

    2) Be Pono.  Act with moral integrity. Be a light for your family, community, and ‘āina.

Jordan Lee

Founder + Sports Attorney

Jordan Lee is a sports business consultant, attorney, and operations leader with a decade of experience across sports, entertainment, law, and business operations.

After getting her JD from Pepperdine Law, Lee spent over 8 years at the combat sports powerhouse Paradigm Sports working as an Athlete Agent, In-House Counsel and Director of Operations. She has worked for globally-recognized talent like Conor McGregor, Manny Pacquiao, Mackenzie Dern, and streamer-sensation Nick Mercs.

Lee has spent a good amount of her career in China, Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific working with sports organizations and athletes. This work inspired her to launch a truly Pacific-roots agency.

Lee is based out of Oahu with her Marine husband, four kids and pitbull.
